JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Intelligence Manager to support the Company’s ambition of fostering a data-driven culture. The role will be responsible for leading business intelligence initiatives, driving actionable insights across business units, and overseeing the development, automation, and governance of enterprise-wide dashboards and analytics solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information System, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information System, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in BI or data analytics roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in developing, maintaining, and automating interactive dashboards and reports.
- Strong experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Python).
- Advanced SQL, Oracle, and data modeling skills.
- Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Telco experience and would be an added advantage
