JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist who will be responsible for contributing to the Company’s ambition of fostering a data driven culture, driving business intelligence and insights across business units by developing and automating business dashboards.

Qualifications
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing or Business-related fields.
Key Competencies
Key technical competencies are Business Intelligence, Data mining and Analytics, Insights & Analytics, Market Intelligence, Industry Knowledge, Feasibility Analysis, Quality Assurance, and Process Simplification & Digitization.
The candidate should also demonstrate key behavioral competencies of Communication, Customer Orientation & Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking, Initiative & Drive, Commercial Acumen & Organisational Awareness, Creativity & Innovative Thinking, Results Orientation & Execution, Diversity & Inclusion, Teamwork & Collaboration and Detail & Quality Orientation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Marketing or Business-related fields.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a business intelligence or data analytics role with proven experience in Business Intelligence, Data mining and analytics (Oracle SQL, MySQL, PowerBI, DAX, ETL).
- Telco experience added advantage.
- Ideal candidate must be able to create & maintain interactive dashboards & other visual reports.
- Develop and use technical specifications to translate business requirements into interactive reporting.
