JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for a result oriented Corporate Sales Administrator with a great passion for Customer Experience. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting in the end to end activities for Enterprise Sales, Key Accounts and customer experience of respective corporate segments (Large Enterprises, Medium Enterprises, Micro-enterprises /SOHO, Government and Parastatals) to achieve business growth across enterprise products and service with focus on customer relationship, acquisition and retention.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Sales / Marketing preferred
Key Competencies
Key technical competencies for the job are Account Management, Customer Relations and Development, Public sector knowledge and Relationships, Pipeline Management, Channel Management, Partnership and Alliances Management, Use of Sales Technology and Customer Experience Management.
In addition, the candidate must be able to display key behavioral competencies being Detail & Quality Orientation, Initiative & Drive, Self Discipline and Resilience, Stress Management, Teamwork and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Sales / Marketing preferred.
- 0-2 year practical work experience in a competitive sales and customer oriented environment
- Proven experience executing enterprise products and services, corporate sales, account management and support.
