JOB SUMMARY
JOB GRADE: Band 5
The CVM Specialist will play a critical role in enabling and supporting the Mascom transformation, growth of the company’s revenue and subscriber base through focusing on driving desirable subscriber behavior, implementation of initiatives to deliver perceived enhanced value to subscribers and management of the customer lifecycle on the Mascom network.

Qualification
- – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Telecommunication / Computing/ Engineering
Key Competencies
- – Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle management and personalized campaign execution.
- – Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. SQL, Excel, Power BI or similar BI tools).
- – Solid understanding of pricing promotions and revenue optimization.
- – Experience in project coordination or project management, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- – Strong business reporting and insight generation capability to support decision making.
- – Ability to balance business-as-usual delivery with strategic projects.
Job Requirements
- – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Telecommunication / Computing/ Engineering
- – Master’s Degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage in Analytics
- – 2 to 4 years’ experience in customer value Management, Commercial Analytics Marketing Analytics, or a similar role (telco experience preferred)
