JOB SUMMARY
To manage all the buildings and grounds, utilities, safety/security systems in order to provide a safe, healthy and comfortable environment for staff. The incumbent also oversees the scheduling and supervision of maintenance and repair activities, contracted services, and custodial services.

- Degree in Facilities Management or related field

Job Requirements
- A Degree in Facilities Management or related field
- At least 5 years’ work experience, 2 of which must have been in a managerial position in a Facilities/Administration/Security environment
