Mascom is looking for an innovative Fintech Product Management Manager to drive their Mobile Money service. The individual will also be tasked with developing fintech solutions in alignment with Mascom’s vision and to ensure achievement of the Company’s strategic goals.

The role also requires product portfolio management, business needs analysis, project management technology and innovation.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Telecommunication / Computing/ Engineering /Commerce
- Master’s degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage
- Project Management certification will be advantageous
- Certification in emerging technologies will be advantageous.
- 7-10 years’ experience
- Minimum experience 3-5 years in the field of products and service management with exposure to product management environment
- Reporting systems experience will be an added advantage
- Sector experience is advantageous
