JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for a Product Management Officer to support the monitoring, analysis and coordination of the Company’s products and services portfolio to ensure optimal performance and contribution towards positioning Mascom as a leading digital service provider.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Telecommunication / Computing/ Engineering or Business-related fields
Key Competencies
Key technical competencies for the job are product & services knowledge, product portfolio support, market intelligence & basic analytics, business needs analysis, project coordination, technology & digital enablement, pricing and product bundling support, reporting and performance tracking basic budget monitoring.
In addition, the candidate must be able to display key technical competencies including problem solving & analytical thinking, communication, results orientation & execution, adaptability & flexibility, time management & attention to detail, commercial acumen & organizational awareness, creativity & innovative thinking, customer orientation & stakeholder management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Telecommunication / Computing/ Engineering or Business-related fields.
- 2–4 years’ relevant experience
- Experience in product management, product development, or commercial/business analysis environment
- Telecommunications or digital services sector experience is advantageous
