Responsibilities

- Manage the operations and maintenance of Linux Servers, which include but not limited to Red Hat, OEL and Solaris
- Provide Linux technical lead on projects in a highly heterogeneous environment
- Provide capacity planning, performance monitoring, patch management and disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Coordinate service needs with Vendors and cross functional teams, through effective partnership, collaboration and communication
- Provide 2nd Line support for end users, and administration teams

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 5 years UNIX Administrator Experience
- Experience integrating, testing and managing complex virtualized environments
- Experience with system hardening and security best practices
- Solid understanding of Networking, infrastructure Services; DNS, DHCP and SAN storage concepts
- Technical certifications such as ITIL and Prince 2 Practitioner will be an added advantage
