- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources/ HRDM Psychology or related field

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/HRDM Psychology or related field
- Master’s degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage
- Minimum of 7 years practical work experience
- 3-4 years proven experience managing learning and development operations and innovation initiatives
- Sector experience will be advantageous
