JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for a UX/UI Designer (Digital Enablement Specialist) to lead end-to-end experience design and digital enablement for Mascom’s customer-facing platforms by combining UX/UI design expertise with technology & platform enablement leadership and hands-on digital support.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Digital Media or a related discipline.

The candidate should demonstrate key technical competencies, being UX/UI design proficiency, analytical & problem-solving skills and technology enablement & digital operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Digital Media or a related discipline.
- Any certifications in UX/Interaction Design, Accessibility (WCAG), Product/Agile or Service Design will be advantageous.
- Minimum 4 years in UX/UI design for web and/or mobile products, with evidence of shipping solutions into production in partnership with engineering teams. Demonstrated experience running usability testing and supporting UAT/release readiness is required. Exposure to telecom/digital self-service journeys and customer-facing transactional platforms is advantageous.
