Mascom Celebrates International Women’s Day

Mascom had a fun filled day as we had the honor of hosting our female retail hawkers and Kitsong Centre Operators for our WConnect event at MIC in celebration of International Women’s Day.

The theme for this year is “𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞” and to fulfill that, we chose to partner with Stanbic Bank Botswana and Local Enterprise Authority to empower women in their business journeys. Our female retail hawkers are a key partner in our value chain and we would like to see them grow beyond the telecommunications sector.
