Terms and Conditions for Masika Le Ditsala Bundle

1. Customers that Benefit from “Talk More Minutes and SMS” promotion during the weekend are not eligible to buy Masika le Ditsala unless they change their profile.

2. Below profiles are not eligible to subscribe for Masika Le Ditsala:

i.“Talk to Drop”

ii.“Boosta TalkMore 2015”

iii.“MegaTalk SIM 2018”

iv.“Boosta Talkmore SIM 2019”

v.“FNBB Student Talkmore”

vi.“FNBB Student Talkmore SIM 2019“

3. Customer whose Profile is “Predator” and their previous profile is one of the profiles mentioned in (2) above will need to change their profile first and only after that subscribe to Masika Le Ditsala.

4. When a customer is in one of the ineligible profiles and tries to purchase Masika le Ditsala, the below message is displayed and customer is prompted if they want to change their profile:

You do not  qualify for the Masika le Ditsala service. To qualify, change your SIM profile and lose your weekly weekend benefits.

5. If the customer selects option 1, they are automatically migrated to the “My Mascom SIM” profile then a Masika Le Ditsala menu is presented to the customer for purchase fulfilment.

6. All prices include VAT.

7. Mascom Masika Le Ditsala is available to prepaid customers only.

8. The bundle can only be purchased through the Main Airtime Account Balance. Bonus Airtime and Freebie Airtime cannot be used to subscribe to Masika Le Ditsala bundle.

9. If a subscriber has an active Masika Le Ditsala bundle, it will not be possible to purchase another Masika Le Ditsala bundle. A message will be displayed advising the subscriber about this rule.

10. Continued use of service(s) once a bundle has been exhausted will be charged using the out of bundle rate.

11. Inclusive data bundle and Cross-Net minutes should be used for the period in which the bundle is intended for. Unused data and Minutes will be forfeited.

12. If a customer number is deactivated from the network, any existing bundles will be forfeited.

13. Should the subscriber migrate to a contract package while a bundle is still active in their prepaid account, the bundle will be forfeited.

14. Bundles and tariffs do not apply while roaming.

15. The Masika Le Ditsala bundles will follow the following usage priority for both Voice and Data:

16. Prices are subject to change at the discretion of Mascom. Such changes in pricing will be communicated through the various media.

17. The bundle may not be used for commercial purposes. Any use of this offer outside of what is considered reasonable for private, non- commercial use, and in instances through mechanisms and means not intended for personal use or the anticipated purpose of the offer, will be considered as abuse.

18. Mascom reserves the right to amend/ change any offers for each segment at any given time. Such changes will be communicated with customers in each segment via SMS and  other communication channels.

19. Mascom reserves the right at any time to vary these terms and conditions or to withdraw these BLT Masika Le Ditsala bundle should it be required to do as a result of legal or regulatory requirements. In such an event, it is important that all subscribers who have activated the Masika Le Ditsala bundle offer understand that they waive any rights that they may have against Mascom and hereby acknowledge that they will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Mascom, their directors, affiliates, members, partners, employees, sponsors, agents or consultants.

Bundles and tariffs do not apply while roaming.
