Mascom is looking for a Digital Platforms Analyst to design, implement and support Digital Platforms using agile processes and architectures.

Key Competencies

  • The role requires key behavioral competencies inclusive of mentorship and development of others, results focus and commitment, communication as well as critical thinking & innovation.
  • The candidate must be able to display technical competencies such as software development, data analysis & BI development, DevOps, diagnostic ability, evidence based problem solving and project management.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
  • At least 2 years’ system support experience within Financial Services, Telco or ICT
  • Experience in Web or Mobile App development
  • Experience BI & Data Analytics visualization development and analysis
  • Basic Knowledge of DevOps process, tools and infrastructure deployment and management
  • Basic Knowledge in Application, Operating System and IP network troubleshooting
  • Experience with SQL and Relational Databases Management
  • Basic Knowledge in Robotic Process Automation
  • Proven experience dealing with vendors and technical departments
  • Proven record on handling of complex network issues
  • Excellent analytical and logical reasoning ability
  • Ability to generate and implement innovative ideas into the business
