JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Finance Assistant is to reconcile branch daily collection to receipts summary & banking, transfer cash & cheques banked to relevant cash book, check and verify daily billing sales for accurate invoicing as well as to intact banking and to compile bank, batch and VISA reconciliations on a monthly basis.

- Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies or AAT.

Key Competencies
Key technical competencies for the job comprise of account reconciliation, accounts payable financial, analysis financial control, and financial reporting. The candidate should be knowledgeable in health & safety management, supplier accounting and tax management.
Key behavioral competencies for the job include Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Achievement of Work Targets, and Compliance & Cooperation. The candidate will be required to demonstrate Query resolution/Customer service, Procedural Awareness and Initiative.
Job Requirements

- Diploma in Accounting and Business Studies or AAT.
- BICA Membership.
- Two years in financial accounting environment, preferably debtors.
