JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for a Fintech Commercial & Business Development Manager whose role is to deliver partnerships, alliances and strategic synergies with the objective of offering the best possible quality of service to Fintech customers when they interact with Mascom Fintech channels.
The incumbent will in addition lead the Fintech sales and distribution strategy, develop, implement and maintain tools, processes and standards to accelerate expansion and improve the quality of Fintech distribution network in Botswana mostly through key partnerships from billers, bulk disbursements, unions, agents, merchants etc.

- Degree in Computer Technology, Business Administration, Sales, Social Sciences or related qualification.

Key Competencies
- Key technical competencies are Project Management, Fintech Product Knowledge, Payments System Knowledge, Technology & Innovation and Technology/System Integration Knowledge.
- The candidate should also demonstrate key behavioral competencies of Commercial Acumen & Organizational Awareness, Creativity & Innovative Thinking, Customer Orientation & Stakeholder Management, Planning & Organization, Diversity & Inclusion and Networking & Building Collaborative Relationships.
Job Requirements

- Degree in Computer Technology, Business Administration, Sales, Social Sciences or related qualification.
- 5-7 years’ experience with minimum experience of 3 years in the field of products and service management with exposure to Fintech.
- Existing relationships with key potential partners an added advantage.
- Telecom experience will be advantageous.
- Preferred industries include Banking, Financial Services, Telecommunications or Information Technology.
