JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for an innovative Fintech Distribution Training & Merchant Support coordinator whose mandate will be to work with our channel partners and staff to provide in-depth product and technical training and support. They will also ensure that support for channel partners within the Mascom touch points is top notch by designing processes that serve them in the most efficient and effective ways and utilizing technology to ensure that channel partner needs are met.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Training Certification will be advantageous.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in products and services training preferably in Fintech or Financial Services.
