JOB SUMMARY

Mascom is looking for an innovative Fintech Product Management Manager  to drive their Mobile Money service. The individual will also  be tasked with developing fintech solutions in alignment with Mascom’s vision and to ensure achievement of the Company’s strategic goals.

Division: Consumer Business
Location: Gaborone, Botswana
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent - Preferable in Business Management.
Closing Date: 2nd March 2022

Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Preferable in Business Management

The ideal candidate will demonstrate key technical competencies of Product Design and Development, Pricing and Margin Analysis, Market intelligence and Analytics, Base Management, Budget Management, Business Development, Sales Strategy and Planning, Pipeline management, Partnership and Alliances Management, Technology and Innovation, Revenue Management, Business Needs Analysis and Project Management competencies are critical for the successful execution of the job.

Job Requirements

        • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent – Preferable in Business Management
        • Masters degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage
        • 7-10 years’ experience of which 3 years must be in managerial position within a competitive industry or telecommunications/ ICT
        • Experience in Mobile Money Services
        • Sector experience is advantageous
