JOB SUMMARY
The Trade Marketing & Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that Mascom’s Fintech offering is pitched correctly in different forums, with visibility within the trade and to provide key support in meeting the different requirements of our channel partners.
Key Performance Areas

- Ensuring that there is access and visibility of Mascom products and services on the last mile which is achieved through channel partners (agents, merchants, billers and bulk disbursement entities).
- Positioning different marketing elements in the market.
- Ensuring commercial stock availability and logistics across all channels.
- Planning, coordinating and executing in the most efficient way while collaborating with various key partners either internally (Sales & Distribution) or externally (agency).
- Coordinating customized branding, activations and events campaigns to drive the fintech business especially associated with the key partners.
- Support Product/Marketing teams to collaboratively develop and execute business plans to achieve incremental business growth.

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Social Sciences.

Key Competencies
The candidate should be creative & innovative, have notable commercial acumen & organizational awareness, a track record of customer orientation & stakeholder management, planning & organization, diversity & inclusion and networking & building collaborative relationships.
Key technical competencies for the job include distribution tools and technologies, product & services knowledge, channel partner management, marketing & campaigns management, branding, distribution channels, field activation and canvassing, service delivery, logistics management, SLA and escalation management, vendor management and customer database management. In addition, the ideal candidate must have developed solid competencies in customer service metrics, data analytics and project management.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, Social Sciences.
- 5-7 years’ work experience with minimum experience 3 years in the field of products and service management with exposure to Mobile Money/ Fintech.
- Telecom experience will be advantageous.
