Key behavioral competencies required from the candidate include adaptability and flexibility as well as effective communication skills. The job also requires creativity and innovative thinking and attention to detail. It is crucial for the candidate to be customer oriented and be well vested in stakeholder management. The job also requires a candidate with quality orientation, Initiative, and drive as well as Integrity and personal credibility. Interpersonal Awareness, Negotiation, problem solving and analytical thinking. Results Orientation and execution, self-discipline, and resilience as well as teamwork are pivotal traits required.
In addition, the candidate must be able to display key technical supply chain competencies including general finance and accounting appreciation. The choice candidate is required to be familiar with supplier accounting and supplier management which are significant competencies required for the role. The job requires Tender, Bid & RFP Management knowledge.
