JOB SUMMARY
Mascom is looking for a Product Offers & Promotions Specialist whose role is to conceptualize, implement and manage the company’s offers for the mass market, prepaid or contract customers. The incumbent will also be expected to be the liaison with WASP’s and third parties for promotions and offers that are not initiated by the company.

Key Competencies
Key technical competencies for the job include pricing & margin analysis, market intelligence & analytics, advertising management, communication management, products & services knowledge, customer segmentation, vendor management, promotion & events management, customer orientation and online reputation management.
In addition, the candidate must be able to display key technical competencies including problem solving & analytical thinking, commercial acumen & organizational awareness, creativity & innovative thinking, customer orientation & stakeholder management.
Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent – Telecommunication / Computing/ Engineering/Management or Business related fields.
- 2 years experience with exposure on usage and retention, statistics/ mathematics/ analytics and/or financial analysis or product management knowledge.
- Reporting systems knowledge experience within a competitive industry and/or telecommunications/ ICT sector will be an added advantage.
