- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related ICT field).

Key Competencies
The role requires performance management and network optimization. The candidate must be able to display key technical competencies of:
- Reporting, site planning & optimization insights & analytics.
- Creating algorithms and data models to forecast outcomes.
- Programming languages such as R, Python, SQL, C or Java, and have strong database design and coding skills to sort, analyze, and manage large amounts of network data.
- Data visualization: Being able to analyze, organize and categorize data to tell a compelling story of the business insights.
- Should be familiar with the following tools:
- PowerBI
- Tableau
- Microsoft Excel
- Cloud computing to analyze and visualize data that are stored in cloud platforms such as
- Amazon Web Service (AWS)
- Microsoft Azure
- Google Cloud
Key behavioral competencies for the job include problem solving & analytical thinking. The candidate must also display initiative & drive, results orientation & execution and have teamwork & collaboration skills.
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related ICT field).
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in the field of Telecommunications Engineering or experience in ICT field as a developer.
