- Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic majoring in Telecommunication/ Communications
Key Competencies
The role requires key behavioral competencies inclusive of Problem solving and Analytical thinking, Adaptability and flexibility, Detail and Quality Orientation. The choice candidate should also have Initiative and drive, Results Orientation, Execution as well as stress management. In addition, the preferred candidate should demonstrate teamwork/Collaboration, People Management, Resource Management and stewardship.
The candidate must be able to display technical competencies such as network planning, network deployment, fault management, GIS and Network commissioning. The candidate should be well vested in network configuration, preventative maintenance, Performance management. The role also requires GSM /UMTS/ LTE/ Wi-Fi, LTE Advance-knowledge, vendor management (Managed Service partner), Spare/ Inventory Management, Customer service management and Environment Management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Electrical/Electronic majoring in Telecommunication/ Communications
- At least 4 years in the Telecommunication industry
