One Team. One Nation. One extraordinary weekend of impact: 3-for-3 2026: empowering communities across Botswana

This past weekend marked another incredible milestone for the 3-For-3 initiative, with employees coming together to make a meaningful impact in communities across Botswana. The staff-led projects reached more than 20 locations nationwide, delivering over 40 community development projects focused on education, connectivity, infrastructure improvement, environmental sustainability, and community well-being.

From refurbishing classrooms and repairing school furniture to improving learning environments, enhancing digital connectivity, painting facilities, and supporting community spaces, employees dedicated their time, skills, and energy towards creating lasting change where it matters most.

What stood out most was the spirit of volunteerism and collaboration demonstrated by teams across the country. Colleagues stepped away from their daily roles to work side by side with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders, reinforcing our shared commitment to making a positive difference in the communities we serve.

The collective impact of these projects extends far beyond the weekend itself. Thousands of learners, educators, and community members will benefit from improved facilities, enhanced access to resources, and better learning environments for years to come.
